■Space-saving! The ROBO RAIL's rail achieves a depth of 300mm due to its wall-mounted structure. Unlike floor-running robot transport, it allows for the necessary workspace for setup tasks before processing! ■Equipped with a robotic swivel arm The running carrier is equipped with a swivel function, enabling even small robots to approach a wide range! The swivel arm drive uses a highly efficient hollow shaft roller drive. The wiring and piping for the mounted robot's cables and hands can be neatly housed within the swivel arm. ■Running carrier support function The support cylinder of the running carrier captures the stress generated during the operation of the swivel arm or when the mounted robot is activated. This reduces uneven loading on the wall-mounted running rail, contributing to improved lifespan and repeat accuracy. ■Control is solely through the robot control device The running drive unit and swivel arm drive unit are additional axes of the robot, and thus are controlled by the robot control device. 【Integration with our group's compact deburring robot cell is also possible!】 It accommodates various line layout changes from product processing to deburring.
